The rooms were lovely sized and had a clean bathroom. Enjoyed the location close to the sea.

Comfortable location to sharing great information about the local areas, we liked it. Sapori, where you can eat good food, was set 5 minutes walk away. There were comfortable beds and a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV inside the room. The fact that it overlooked garden.

The location was comfortable, on the south coast! We had early meal in Karen's Plaice, based nearby.

Homely hotel, perfectly clean, delicious breakfast, magnificent location in the sea which was clear. Extremely pleasant unit with a great decor. Pleasant personnel, comfy bed. What a very pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble.

Good and stunning location, walking distance to everywhere. Again, walking distance to Lee on Solent Public Beach. Airy & tidy rooms with good facilities, Great bathroom, as example.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable and the beach was near the hotel. The breakfast was tasty with mushrooms and baked beans and very conjovial atmosphere and served by the pleasant staff.

Our stay at Leeward House B&B was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room that had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, being in a charming seaside town with everything within easy reach. The staff, especially Kathleen and Graham, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We felt like we were staying with our own grandparents!

The breakfast option could be improved with a more substantial vegetarian option. There were only a few slices of mushroom, a small piece of tomato, and a few beans, which left us wanting more.

I loved my stay at this newly remodelled hotel. The food was exceptional, outstanding service. The property was a few minutes from the beach and minutes from Church of st Faith.
